Home cooking
We talk pride in the high standard of home cooking using fresh local ingredients. Menus are regularly reviewed and we make every effort to cater for your particular tastes or dietary needs.
Comprehensive care plans are individually created with you and your family, the plan has details of your preferred daily routine, dietary requirements, what you like to wear and how you prefer to be addressed. The plan also details health care needs, medication, life history, social interests and hobbies. This enables our staff to understand your needs and related to you well whilst respecting your dignity at all times.
Actively listen to you
It is important for our residents as well as your family and friends to be able to have your say about the running of our home, so we hold resident meetings where we actively listen to you.
We provide an annual satisfaction questionnaire so we are able to continually improve the delivery of your care. The manager is on hand to discuss any concerns with you. We have a complaints policy and procedures are in place to ensure any complaint is properly, promptly and fairly investigated.
We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission and Rochdale Borough Council to ensure that all care standards are being met.
